Crystal Clear Mind

For those times when you seek clarity.

So this ritual is when you feel foggy, cloudy, or have swirling, unnecessary thoughts. Sometimes, we need others to hold space for us when we need to process, vent, or figure out our next steps and walk through it with someone else. 

Now, the difference between this and a normal meditation is that the quartz is essentially holding space for you as you declutter your mind. Now, if you have the opportunity to clear the quartz with moonlight, eclipse water - that's ideal but not completely necessary. Look at the quartz as a container for any unnecessary thoughts that don't serve you. 

I would say that this is ideal for whenever you feel like you need someone to hold space for you but don't have anyone immediately available to vent to or help you get clarity. Use this for when you need to create an energetic container. 

What you need:

  • blue candle and holder
  • clear quartz crystal

Instructions:

  1. Wash the quartz to rid it of any negativity.
  2. Light the candle.
  3. Visualize sky blue coming into your third eye space. As you do this, all the fogginess and lack of clarity is being absorbed by the crystal.
  4. For as long as you need, continue to repeat:

  5. "Clarity of thought, clarity of mind, it's time to leave the trouble behind."
  6. Welcome the feelings of mental clarity - releasing the worries.
  7. Once you're done, blow out the candle and wash or sage the quartz.
