I often get asked why I meditate so much, and in all honesty it’s less meditation and more daydreaming… Drifting off into the feelings of my wildest dreams. Holding the vibe. Imagining the story. Feeling the feelings.
Over the years, I have come to find that my imagination and ability to communicate my visions is my greatest gift. These sessions are where you really get to flex your imagination, spend time in the feelings of “it’s already done” and have some fun with every single time!
PS: visualization is not required for these sessions.
IMPORTANT: do not listen to any recordings while driving or operating equipment/heavy machinery.
